Observation

1)a) There is a new swimming pool on the premises in the unlicensed space. The fence between the licensed outdoor space and the unlicensed space with the pool does not meet requirements of WAC 246-260-031(4) as it is only 4 feet high and is not locked. The fencing to block access to pools is required to be at least 5 feet high with a locked gate.
